patriciakstroud_pic1-gsPatricia Katherine Stroud, 72, of Stone Mountain, GA, formerly of Burnsville and N, Richfield, MN and Bonner Springs, KS, passed away peacefully in her home from natural causes. She was born in 1944 to the late Jettie and Opal May Lewis of Bonner Springs, Kansas.

Including her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Frederick E. Stroud Sr.; one brother, Richard Lewis; one sister, Stephanie Starr; and one grandchild, Whitney Stroud.

Patricia is survived by her son, Frederick E. Stroud Jr. of Decatur, GA; her daughter, Candace Samuel of Pembroke Pines, FL; and her son, Anthony Stroud Sr. of Stone Mountain, GA. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Camara Samuel, Briana Stroud, Akia Stroud, Halima Samuel, Anthony Stroud Jr., Frederick Stroud III, Mia Stroud and Tia Stroud.

Services: The viewing will be held on Friday, October 28th from 12 noon to 8 pm at Gregory Levett & Sons Funeral Home, Gwinnett Chapel, 914 Scenic Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30045, phone 770-338-5558. Family view time will be from 6-8 pm. The home going service will be on Saturday, October 29th at 11 am at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 797 797 Moon Road, Lawrencville, GA 30045; 770-962-1910.
