Jelks, Blair, Maddox, officiate NBA game

Curtis Blair, Tre Maddox, and Simone Jelks officiated the Minnesota Timberwolves’ 124-106 NBA victory over the Houston Rockets Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at the Target Center.

A former University of Richmond graduate selected by the Rockets in the second round of the 1992 NBA Draft, Blair is in his 14th season in the NBA.

Maddox, a Wyandotte High School (Kansas City, Kansas) and Dakota State University alum, is in his 11th season officiating in the NBA.

Jelks, in her second season as an NBA official, is a 2008 graduate of the University of Southern California and played basketball professionally overseas.
