Backpack Giveaway – NEW HOPE
The New Hope Hy-Vee location will giving away backpacks to children 18 and under, starting at 6:00 pm on Thursday the 20th!
Backpacks will be filled with non-perishable food items as well as school supplies. Look for us in the Hy-Vee New Hope parking lot!

As part of the U.S. Agency for International Development Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (USAID/OFDA), the Center for International Disaster Information (CIDI) informs donors about the most effective ways to support international disaster relief. CIDI provides resources and gives donors the information they need to effectively help people affected by disasters overseas.

Some products we have in our homes contain hazardous materials that can harm our health and the environment if they are not disposed of safely. Household hazardous waste includes any unwanted household materials that are flammable, toxic, or dangerous when combined with other products.

Workshop attendees will learn from experts how to save energy and money at home, including info about home improvement financing.
