Crystal’s journey spans decades—from making history at the University of Minnesota by leading the women’s basketball team to its first NCAA Tournament appearance in 1994, to her influential roles as a coach, official, and community leader. She has coached both boys and girls at every level, officiated seven MSHSL state tournaments, and founded Triple Threat Girls Basketball, one of the most celebrated camps in the Twin Cities.
As the current Director at Conway Community Center with The Sanneh Foundation, Crystal continues to uplift youth through sports, mentorship, and education.
